Medicaid
TIOPA offers enrollment in many Star, Star+Plus, CHIP, and Star Kids plans, like BCBS, Aetna BetterHealth, Amerigroup, Superior, and more. A requirement to enroll in these networks is a Medicaid TPI (Texas Provider Identifier) issued by TMHP (Texas Medicaid and Healthcare Partnership). To make it easier for you, let TIOPA handle the enrollment. We have options for opening a new practice and joining an existing practice. This service is an additional fee and depending on the type of practice you are joining.
TMHP has an online web portal called Provider Enrollment on the Portal (PEP) where TIOPA will enroll and track enrollments. You can gain access to this account once the provider is enrolled.
