Instructions for Joining TIOPA

Request and Submit Application:
Ensure you complete all components of the application.

Required Documentation:
- Application Packet for Specific Provider
- DEA
- Protocols
- Addendum
- Participating Provider Agreement
- TSCA Application
- Provider Relations Packet
- Application Fee (must be paid before processing)
Payment Method:

Credentialing Notification:
Email notification within 5 days of submission.

Board of Directors Meeting:
Third Monday of every month. Submission Deadline: 10 days before the meeting.

Expedited Credentialing:
Available for an additional fee if submitted late.

Membership Approval and Portal Access:
Email by following Tuesday with portal access instructions.

Network Submission:
Completed 10 business days after Board meeting, effective dates within 30-120 days.

Medicare and Medicaid IDs:
Required for specific networks. Visit our Extra Services page for assistance.

Demographic Updates:
Update via the WebView web portal.

Contact for Network Issues:
Email provider.relations@tiopa.org with relevant details.

Annual Dues:
Due in September each year.

Reappointment:
Every 3 years for each practicing TIN.

No Refund Policy:
No refunds for started or completed services.

- Registered Dietitian
- Certified Nurse Midwife
- Applied Behavior Analyst
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst
