Per UHC policy: questions about UHC contracts, effective dates, fee schedules, claims, network status, and WellMed must go directly through UHC — not TIOPA.

UnitedHealthcare contracts directly with providers. TIOPA is delegated for credentialing and ongoing monitoring and does not have access to UHC contracts or effective dates.

How to Access

Sign in with One Healthcare ID if prompted.

If DocuSign doesn’t arrive within the expected window, use UHC chat to request status.

Credentialing

TIOPA submits your application on rosters to UHC.

Step 2 schedule
Wait for DocuSign

Expect a DocuSign contract via email within 60–90 business days.

Important: If you don’t receive it, contact UHC via chat.
Step 3 edit_document
Sign Contract

Complete and sign the DocuSign contract when received.


For contract status, effective dates, or fee schedules
Use UHC “Chat with Support” (TIOPA cannot view these items).
