Credentialing Services
Through its contractual relationship with the contracted managed care companies, TIOPA has received delegated credentialing status with all of the contracted companies. This enables the TIOPA provider to submit only one credentialing application to TIOPA.

TIOPA maintains contracts with fifty managed care companies covering one hundred and four plans of coverage including Commercial HMO, Commercial PPO, Commercial Automobile, Commercial Workers Compensation, Discount Cards, Commercial Medicare HMOs and PPOs, and Commercial Medicaid and CHIP plans.

Medical/Health Insurance
We’re pleased to announce that Humana has created health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance plans with rates that are exclusively for TIOPA member practices. Eligible TIOPA members will receive up to an 8% discount on current Humana rates for major medical group coverage and additional discounts on all other Humana benefits.

Medical Malpractice
We are excited to announce that TIOPA, Advocate, MD and Dean, Jacobson Financial Services have entered into an agreement offering special rates on Medical Professional Liability Insurance for active TIOPA members. This program will save each individual physician a substantial amount of money compared to Advocate, MD’s base rates.
